Willow class were transported back in time this week as a part of their Victorian School Day at the Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock.
The children took part in school activities as Victorian children would have experienced them, including arithmetic and handwriting. They also learned what happened when children misbehaved! Additionally, the children were able to explore this lovely museum and saw many Victorian artefacts as well as learning about local history. They discovered the prevalence of the Romans and Anglo-Saxons in Oxfordshire and explored artefacts from the twentieth century.
