We have been creating textile work inspired by Space and learning about Artists who use Space as their inspiration.
We learnt about the textile artist Karen Rose and the amazing work that she creates matching her love of stitching with her fascination for the universe.
We designed our own textile work inspired by the pieces that she has created and then learnt how to thread needles, sew on button, sequins and other fabrics to create our own art work.
