Tessellation

We have been thinking about the tiles in our bathrooms and kitchens. The tiles need to be organised so that there no gaps between, in maths we call this tessellation. We have been exploring which shapes tessellate well and so would make the best tiles. We had fun decorating our tiles with patterns.
