Willow completed an activity in our science garden this week, working in pairs to choose a question that they could use the science garden to answer. Examples were: ‘How many different insects are there?’ and ‘How many different plant types can we find?

The children then set a number of choices in a table and went to the science garden to collect their data

Once they had collected their data in a tally chart, they used 2Graph in PurpleMash to create graphs to show their findings. We then saved these in our class shared file and printed them for our maths books.
