Day 2 at Court Hill

The children did not stop – enjoying each other’s company and exploring the woodland all day long. They participated in different activities with Miss Sandford, Mrs Leach and Connor as well as independent tasks such as den building.

The natural paints were inspired by Stone Age cave painting – the children used spices, berries and much more to create different colours. The children created works of art by doing tree bark rubbings.  In the afternoon they learnt how to use compases as part of their geography work.
It was a lovely experience – the Year 4s were fantastic role models and the Year 3s coped so well!
