Beech class visited Didcot Library last week and were transported to many fictional lands. The children explored lots of different genres: picture books, non-fiction books, early chapter and chapter books. The children were extremely lucky and were allowed to bring two books back to school. Please have a look at the pictures below to see the different books everyone chose. We are very excited to be able to return in the new year to exchange our books for new ones. Please ask your children what is happening in the story and which ones they picked and why. In beech class we are promoting the pleasure for reading so please bring in books you are enjoying at home to share with us.
