This week we were very surprised in Poplar when Mrs McDaid was reading the story of Beegu and she had to stop because there was a flash of light. Two brave children went to investigate (we assumed it was lightning) but they found Beegu had crash-landed outside our classroom. We decided to let her in because she looked sad… and she is currently living in our book corner.
We have been writing newspaper reports about this exciting event that we are going to put together to make a class newspaper.
