Constructing some sights of the world

The children in Oak class have been developing their creativity and curiosity this week, finding out about some famous sights around the world.

Noah recognised the Eiffel Tower, so we looked for France in the Atlas. He found lots of other interesting sights in Europe.

In maths we demonstrated our creativity and problem solving skills using cylinders to build the Eiffel tower.

James then challenged himself to create the Eiffel Tower from K’Nex.

We used bricks to build the Palace of Westminster. Ethan and Henry had a very interesting discussion about which tower is the tallest. They demonstrated some wonderful curiosity and looked at different photos from different perspectives. Ella and Henry built a very tall model of the Empire State Building.
